Personalized SS Ulu Knife Round Board
Introducing the newest board to our line of beautiful cutting boards the Ulu set. The ulu board is a circular block of wood with a circular depression smoothly hollowed out of the center. It also has a place at the top of the board to place the knife when not in use.
Accompanying the board is a beautifully curved knife. The gently curved shape of the ulu allows the force to be centered more over the middle of the blade than an ordinary knife. The rocking motion used when cutting on the board with an ulu holds down the item being cut, it is also easier to use an ulu one-handed. Our board measures 9.5" diameter. Both of these are chef tested for quality, comfort and durability.
This knife has razor sharp blade and hold an edge through years of use. It will make life easier as well with its versatile functionality.
