Shipping & Returns

CenterGifts.com makes every effort to offer you variable shipping options for shipping within the US. Our goal is for you to be able to choose the shipping method that best suits your need and to give you many options so you can find the best value for your order. When placing your order and finalizing checkout, you can select the shipping option you prefer. We want to give you many options to make sure your shopping experience is seamless.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories at this time.

Currently, CenterGifts.com offers the following shipping options for delivery within the US:

CenterGifts.com is happy to offer UPS service so you can select the option you prefer. Additionally, you can choose from various shipping times so you can receive your items when you need them. If you’re in a hurry, don’t worry, you can select next day delivery so your gift will be received the very next day.

We want you to receive your items as soon as possible. We make every attempt to ensure orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. In most cases, your order should arrive within one to five business days after it has been shipped, depending on the shipping option you select.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be notified immediately. Additionally, any personalized items may take additional time to ship. As soon as your order ships, you will be notified with the tracking information so you can find out when your package will arrive.

2nd Day or Next Day Delivery Orders

If you select 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery, orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same day and orders received after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day. Like all other orders, you will be notified as soon as your order ships and you can always check the status of your order through your account or by contacting our customers service department.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We want gift giving to be as easy as possible! CenterGifts.com wants to make it easy for you to send gifts to multiple addresses in one order. Simply follow the instructions during the checkout process so you can select the addresses for each item. You will only be able to select one shipping method for the order and the cost for each address will depend on the value of the item being shipped there. For future use, you can also save each address you use in your account. Gift giving can be easy at Center Gifts!

Tracking Your Order

We know you’ll want to know where your items are, so we make tracking simple. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a like to the shipping company’s website for tracking purposes. The email will contain detailed information about how to track the order, its status, and the current location of the order. If you have an account at CenterGifts.com, you may also access tracking information on our website.

Returns and Exchanges

No Returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us.

Personalized Merchandise:

  • We guarantee our craftsmanship fully and that your gift will be engraved exactly as you ordered it. When placing the order and finalizing the details, you will be asked to verify that all information is accurate.
  • CenterGifts.com guarantees the quality of our products and will gladly replace any item that is damaged.
  • Once an order is places, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes, because orders are sent immediately to production.
  • Monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged.

Non-Personalized Merchandise With A Valid Receipt:

  • Lingerie and apparel is not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Used items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • You may receive an exchange or complete refund for merchandise of equal value within 30 days of the date of purchase. (Excludes shipping cost, gift box or gift-wrap charges.)
  • 30 days after the date of purchase, you may exchange the item for an item of equal value.
  • After 60 days past the purchase date, the item may neither be exchanged nor refunded.

Non-Personalized Merchandise Without A Valid Receipt:

  • May be returned for store credit for merchandise only, up to equal the value of the returned merchandise at the time of return. (within 30 days after purchase date)

Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping cost, gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
Also Gift Certificates may not be returned.

To return or exchange an item, before sending, please follow these simple steps:

  1. - Contact our Customer Service department by email at info@CenterGifts.com or by telephone at (800) 936 3020 to obtain a return number.
  2. - Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Then write your return number on the box.
  3. - For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Center Gift is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Center Gift will provide a prepaid UPS, FedEx or USPS return label.
