When will my order be shipped?

Can I put multiple items into one gift box?

Because of our unique packing and gift presentation, we can only include one item in each gift box.

Can I send my orders to multiple addresses at one time?

We do allow you to send to more than one address. During the checkout process, “Checkout With Multiple Addresses” and then on “Select Addresses” you can Create Shipping Address on “Enter a New Addresses”.

My promotion code/gift certificate doesn’t work/I am not getting my discount.

We limit promotion or gift codes to one per order. To redeem a promotion code, please enter the code in the field labeled “Promotion or Source Code”, which is found in your Shopping Cart or on the Billing page during checkout. If you are using a CaspianGift.com gift code, please enter the code on the Billing page during the checkout process. Our packing slip does not include pricing information. We also further secure the information, in cases of gifts, in an envelope labeled ‘gift portfolio’, which tells the recipient to open the gift before opening the portfolio.

Can I have more than one gift message sent per address?

How do I send a gift to someone else?  

What Do We Do?

 

During the checkout process, Step 2 of 6 will ask you to provide a shipping address. If the gift is being shipped to an address that differs from the billing address, please click “ship to different address”. From there, you will enter “shipping information from the dropdown menu and either enter a new address or select one from your address book. You will be able to save any new address used for future use.
